Don Grover is the C.E.O of the Dymocks Group of Companies. He commenced in this role in December 2003. Previously he was Managing Director of R.P.S (NSW) Pty Ltd a company he started to consult on strategies in the retail and property sectors. His clients included LEK Consulting, Lend Lease and Dymocks. |
From 1995 to 2003 Don was Stores Director for David Jones Ltd. He had worked for David Jones for 25 years in many managerial capacities. The Stores Director’s role involved the high level management of 36 stores across Australia and around 9,000 employees. Don’s responsibilities include Customer Service and Sales strategies, acquisition of new stores, and media and government liaison. His work on customer service delivery was considered to be best practice. Don was also involved in the float of David Jones in 1994.
