Corey Tutt
OAM, a Kamilaroi man, founded DeadlyScience in 2018 to provide science resources to remote schools and inspire Indigenous youth in STEM. Named NSW Young Australian of the Year in 2020, he received the Medal of the Order of Australia in 2022. DeadlyScience has gained global recognition, with Corey presenting at Harvard and Oxford, and winning the Eureka STEM Inclusion Prize.
Jacqueline Harvey
a former teacher, is the author of the popular Alice-Miranda, Clementine Rose, Kensy and Max, and Willa and Woof series, with nearly two million copies sold in Australia. Her picture book That Cat was released in 2022. Jacqueline’s work has earned numerous awards, including a CBCA Honour Book. She speaks at schools and festivals worldwide and splits her time between Sydney and Queenstown.
Joel McKerrow
A renowned performance poet and educator, Joel McKerrow is the author of children’s books and co-host of The Deep Place podcast. He has performed worldwide, teaches at the Melbourne Young Writers Studio, and is Director of The School for Creative Development. Joel was Australia’s third-ever representative at the World Poetry Slam and is an ambassador for TEARFUND. His work blends creativity, education and social justice, and he lives in Melbourne with his family.
Nat Amoore
A Sydney-based children's author whose debut, Secrets Of A Schoolyard Millionaire, became Australia’s #1 bestselling debut kids' novel in 2019. Her follow-up, The Power Of Positive Pranking, won the 2021 Environment Award for Children’s Literature. Nat’s books The Right Way To Rock and We Run Tomorrow are CBCA Notables, and her new junior fiction series Shower Land launched in 2024. She is also set to release her first picture book in 2025 and regularly visits schools and festivals to inspire young readers.
