Workplace Giving

Workplace Giving—also known as Payroll Giving—is a simple, tax-effective way to support Dymocks Children's Charities through regular donations directly from your pre-tax salary. This means your donation provides immediate tax benefits, making it cost less for you to give more.

Your contribution—no matter the size—makes a meaningful difference. Whether it's $5 or $50 each month, every dollar helps us continue our work in changing the lives of children through literacy.

Organisations can support Dymocks Children’s Charities through workplace giving programs such as Matched Giving. This powerful initiative allows businesses to amplify their impact by matching employee donations—dollar for dollar, double matching, or up to a capped amount—demonstrating a shared commitment to causes that matter to their teams.

Matched Giving not only strengthens your organisation’s social impact but also recognises and supports the generosity of your employees.

In Australia today, the statistics are staggering: 1 in 6 children and young people are living in poverty, and 1 in 3 children cannot read proficiently. These challenges have a lasting impact on a child’s education and future opportunities.

At Dymocks Children’s Charities, we are committed to making a difference. Through our three core literacy programs—Book Bank, Library Regeneration, and Lit Club 4 Kids—we support children in disadvantaged communities by providing the resources they need to develop a lifelong love of reading.

Our mission focuses on supporting the bottom 25% of schools across Australia, working directly with some of the country’s most vulnerable communities.
