Dymocks Children's Charities invites primary and high school students across Australia to participate in a creative design competition that celebrates the joy of reading. We’re looking for inspiring, imaginative artwork that reflects what reading means to young minds, whether it’s adventure, friendship, learning, or fun!

Who Can Enter:

Open to all primary and high school aged students enrolled in Australian schools (including home schools).

Design Guidelines:

  • Artwork must be original and created by the student.

  • We encourage students to explore what reading means to them. Whether it’s a portal to new worlds, a source of comfort, a spark for imagination, or a way to connect with others.

  • Can be hand-drawn or digitally created.

  • Uploaded images must be high-resolution.

  • Include the student’s name, age, school, and a short description of their design.

Prize:

  • A book pack valued at $300.

  • Certificate of Achievement.

  • Feature spotlight on our website and social media.
