School Spotlight: Hill Top Public School

Through our Library Regeneration Program, Hill Top Public School received over 350 brand-new books, supporting 117 students and refreshing their library collection. The school wanted to expand their non-fiction offerings, with books that are engaging, accessible, and appealing to students who prefer shorter, infographic-style texts.

The results have been remarkable. Teachers have noticed a noticeable shift in student engagement and attitudes toward reading. Students are excited about the books they’re exploring, recommending titles to their friends, and eagerly seeking out new stories.

Families have also shared positive feedback, reporting that children are bringing reading routines home, enjoying bedtime stories, and making library visits a highlight of their week.

Thank you to everyone who makes this possible. Because of your support, students at Hill Top are not just improving their literacy skills, they are discovering the joy of reading every day.
